Rep. Goehner joins KOZI to discuss concurrence on the floor


Rep. Keith Goehner, R-Dryden, joins KOZI to discuss the concurrence process in which the House and Senate either adopt the opposite chambers amendments or reject them. Goehner also shares the eleventh hour budget negotiations, that could lead to a special session.
