 Rep. Keith Goehner, R-Dryden, talks with KTTH's Jason Rantz about House Bill 1181, which would add climate change and resiliency to the Growth Management Act. The new requirements would be imposed on cities with a population of 6,000 or more and counties with a population of 100,000 or more.
